This bill is an abomination, a concession to the insurance companies who own many members of congress. Forcing people to buy medical insurance (and at what cost) or be fined is probably unconstitutiona l. Cutting Medicare to those people who have paid for it over the years is unconscionable. Obama, by not supplying at least an outline of the bill he would want has shown his lack of experience with national government is hindering his presidency. I'm sorry I worked for and voted for him.
