If they aren't stopped it doesn't matter what they are called other than "the enemy". If you know anything about 20th century fascism, you know that what they have done so far are indeed what the Nazis used: focusing on one group as the root of all evil (Jews then and Muslims now), saturating the people with propaganda (Goebbels then and Faux News, etc. now, being used as a tool by the industrialists and bankers (Krupp, Farben, etc. then and Koch,Goldman Sachs,etc. now) and then foreign adventures (czechoslovakia , Sudetenland, etc. then and Iraq, Afghanistan now), destruction of labor unions( then creating the National Labor front where everyone worked for the government and now what they are doing in WI, and trying to do elsewhere). Just what other analogies do we have to see? Hitler could not have even come to power without the backing of the rich!

Direct violation of the rule of law. Of course, why bother now. Wisconsin is run by the Koch brothers.

Michigan is voting in a bill that lets the governor strip cities and school boards of their elected representatives and turn them over to a corporation to run.

New Hampshire is bludgeoning the working man with legislation worse than Wisconsin.

So how long are we going to take this? Are we going to roll over and play dead, or stand up and fight these b*****ds?

Believe this now may be able to push for resignations or impeachment faster. It is time that All The Unions, Voters all have their day not only in Wisconsin but in Washington also.
I believe if the American People would in fact get research done in all the States defying Laws and Rights of American People, they would all have cases.

I must say Governor Walker that you and your Cronies are indeed the Garbage yur Party Represents. I keep having this feeling that Walker is trying to provoke a riot so that he can declare martial law. He just keeps pushing the people of Wisconsin, and now he's breaking the law that he's supposed to maintain. These Republicans are monsters with no integrity and no decency, and we must not allow them to prevail.

You may be right about the provocation. Remember that Bush/Cheney got the anti-terrorist legislation (Patriot Act and others) pushed through which gives those in authority the power to pick people off the street at will under the 'anti-terror' provisions. The way that it is worded, if someone in power even has the thought that they suspect you have some 'terrorist' connection, with no proof at all, they can have you arrested with no bail or habeas corpus. They have already tested this at the Republican convention in 2008, I think it was. To accredited and badged reporters.

It has been said that no president has ever given up a power bestowed on him once attained. Obama has not rescinded that power though he campaigned on the issue, like so many other campaign promises he has not kept. So we must be wary of this.

I also have read in different places that during the Bush years a number of detention camps were created, supposedly for illegal immigrants, but they could also be used for protesters. These Republicans are ruthless, heartless individuals, and they will stop at nothing to gain more power. If they gain the presidency and both houses of congress in 2012, which can happen with rigged voting machines, I think we will see the arrest and imprisonment, on trumped-up charges, of anyone who dares to challenge their authority. We may even see civil war if they take over. But in the end they will lose, the people will not only overcome, they will overcome mightily.

Given enough time, and enough TV - with Rupert Murdoch style propaganda - this will blow over and these fascists will survive and gain even more power. There are enough mindless cowards in Wisconsin - and elsewhere in Amerika - to create the enertia that the Koch brothers are counting on to defeat those of us who can, and do, think.

Seems to me that they intentionally violated the _not_ to publish, and that the way it was published does not follow the proper procedure. The State Supreme Court should tell them that the order stands, and that publishing violated the order, therefore _somebody_ needs to go to jail for contempt of court.
