The Guardian UK Reports: "Poverty in the US is defined as a household income of $22,113 a year for a family of four. The proportion of Texans living below that figure has shot up, especially compared to the US as a whole. There are currently around 4.6m Texans living in poverty."

I'm thinking about TX and wondering why it is that so much that seems evil seems to come from that state: Kennedy was assassinated there by the far right and the military, boy George grew up there and adopted it's values, before destroying this country...and now we have another TEXAN on the radar, Rick Perry.

Let's remember that those people don't count in Perry's world or the world of the tea party. In sharp contrast to the tenets of Christianity.

Heh, lumping all Texans together is prejudice. Lyndon Johnson was responsible for designing the "Great Society" legislation that included laws that upheld civil rights, Public Broadcasting, Medicare, Medicaid, environmental protection, aid to education, and his "War on Poverty." He was renowned for his domineering personality and the "Johnson treatment," his coercion of powerful politicians in order to advance legislation. The fact that he "screwed up" and kept us in Vietnam ruined his presidency, but all Americans still owe this Texan thanks for doing more good than any other president in since FDR.

So tea haggers want the governor of the state that has hideous pay and poverty rates to lead the United States. This is clear evidence that their entire effort is emotional and not based on economic, business, or social awareness. America best become smart very fast and ditch this movement. Allowing them to continue could lead to national suicide.

I don't want this MOFO in charge; he'll want everyone that is atheist and have jobs to be fired, evicted and deported to a country they're not from or have never been to. I have this fear every day.
