At President Obama's White House summit on health care last month, when it was the House Republicans' turn to make an opening presentation, GOP leader John Boehner turned to Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.), the top Republican on the House budget committee, to put forward the Republicans' case.

Oh yes let us privatize health care.
The markets will do what is right.
We have seen how well that works for years.
Get real.

What does the COB have to say about Congressman Ryan's tax plan? In the past the GOP has demanded the COB scrutinize other's plans...

Yes kanna, the markets will do what is "right"...which is to prey on the consumer and bleed them until they are dry...to then seek new consumers to bleed.
This is what unregulated capitalism does and it does it very well.
Do good for the consumer? Now that is another matter indeed, isn't it.
